About Me

I chose to become a psychologist because I have always been fascinated by the workings of the human mind. My curiosity, empathy, flexibility, and scientific mindset have guided me toward a profession that has grown into my true passion.

I believe that life is a continuous learning journey. To support this, I regularly enhance my skills through certified training programs focused on clinical practice. I am also currently completing the Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy program at SWPS University.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, traveling, and exploring a variety of hobbies. Recently, I’ve discovered the joy of motorcycle riding, which has become a new source of happiness and adventure in my life.

My Way of Working

During our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other and discuss the topics that brought you to therapy. We will explore your motivation for change and your goals for undergoing therapy. Based on this, I will present a tailored therapy plan, allowing you to decide whether you wish to continue working together. Together, we will define the objectives for your therapy.

In my work, the client is always considered the expert of their own mind. I aim to facilitate positive change by integrating evidence-based cognitive-behavioral methods with third wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Schema Therapy. For trauma-related issues, we use the EMDR protocol. The methods we use will always be guided by your needs and preferences, because therapy is ultimately about you.

Alongside my clinical practice, I actively engage in research, focusing on violence risk management. I am a co-author of publications such as:

Currently, I am working with my scientific team on the Polish implementation of the FAM tool for assessing the risk of violence in women and the SVR-20 tool for assessing the risk of violence in sexual offenders. I also actively participate in national and international conferences, including IAFMHS 2021 – Past, Present, and Future of Forensic Mental Health Services and Assessment of the Risk of Violence in a Group of Forensic Psychiatry Patients (SWPS University, 2021).

About Me

For over a decade, I have been supporting individuals in developing self-awareness, overcoming emotional difficulties, and transforming negative patterns into healthier strategies of coping, to enhance their psychological wellbeing.

I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, in 2009. My research in neuropsychology was awarded with distinction by Dr. Piotr Jaśkowski, a respected expert in the field.

As part of my training, I completed clinical internships in Warsaw at institutions including the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology and the Military Institute of Aviation Medicine. For many years, I worked in Poland as both a psychologist and a life & business coach. In 2012, I completed the Noble Manhattan Coaching program, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), successfully passing the international certification exams.

My Way of Working

I currently live and work in the Netherlands. I collaborate with private clinics and public institutions in a multidisciplinary environment that fosters knowledge exchange and professional growth. As a certified EMDR therapist, I emphasize addressing trauma and its long-term psychological effects as a foundation for deeper therapeutic progress and meaningful change. In my therapeutic approach, I integrate evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s unique needs, while maintaining a strong commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and compassionate, client-centered care. I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
